This isn’t a show you watch—it’s a world you step into. And once you’re in, you’re part of the story.

Most Santa visits are photo ops. This is a full-blown adventure.

At Kringle’s Inventionasium®, guests don’t just meet Santa—they join his elite team inside a fully immersive holiday toy lab. From inventing your own toy to interacting with whimsical characters, every moment is hands-on, story-driven, and delightfully unpredictable.

You’re not standing in line for a snapshot. You’re stepping into a secret world where you become part of the magic.

Whether you’re a wide-eyed child or a big kid at heart, the experience is built for full participation, imagination, and lasting memories.

While the heart of the experience remains consistent, Mr. Kringle and his team make delightful updates each season—from new inventions to fresh characters and surprises. Returning guests will always find something new to enjoy.

The Inventionasium® is a sensory-rich experience best suited for children ages 3 and up, though younger children are welcome. Infant tickets are complimentary, but infants must be carried (strollers are checked upon arrival).

While families are welcome, Kringle’s Inventionasium® is designed for everyone who still believes in a little holiday magic. Whether you’re arriving with friends, co-workers, or fellow festive fanatics, you’ll have just as much fun inventing toys, exploring the Lab, and interacting with Mr. Kringle’s whimsical world.

Very much so. We’ve had grown-up guests laugh, invent, explore, and even get a little misty-eyed. The experience is immersive, nostalgic, and full of hands-on fun—perfect for anyone who enjoys holiday magic, creative play, or simply stepping into a storybook world.

Guests can expect to spend approximately 60 minutes inside the experience from start to finish. Please plan to arrive 25 minutes early for check-in.

There’s no formal dress code—but festive flair is encouraged!

Many guests arrive in holiday best, cozy pajamas, or playful seasonal attire. Think stripes, sparkles, sweaters, or whatever makes you feel merry and magical. Just be sure you’re comfortable enough to move, invent, and explore—because once inside the Lab, you’ll be part of the action. Whether you’re picture-ready or pajama-cozy, Mr. Kringle welcomes you just as you are.

Absolutely. While there’s no formal dress code, many guests arrive in holiday chic, cozy pajamas, vintage-inspired outfits, or even full seasonal flair. Whether you’re subtle or over-the-top, you’ll fit right in. Mr. Kringle is a fan of stripes, sparkles, and statement accessories.

You bet your bells! Kringle’s Inventionasium® is rooted in hands-on learning and creative problem-solving inspired by STEM principles. Guests engage in imaginative invention, interactive challenges, and playful experimentation that spark curiosity in science, technology, engineering, and design—all wrapped in a world of holiday magic. Throughout the Inventionasium®, guests engage in the engineering design process—from brainstorming and problem-solving to hands-on assembly—as they work alongside Kringle’s Inventing Team to create their very own toy masterpiece.

The Invent-A-Toy Kit is your chance to bring your imagination to life!

During your visit, every guest helps invent the perfect puppet inside Mr. Kringle’s toy lab. If you’d like to take your custom creation home, simply add Invent-A-Toy Kits to your reservation when booking.

Every guest gets to invent their very own puppet during the experience! Invent-A-Toy Kits are exclusive to guests who participate in the experience. However, other magical merchandise and gifts are available in our Gift Shoppe for all to enjoy!

We encourage all guests to make a reservation. Although reservations are not required, they are highly recommended as days sell-out. If you arrive without a reservation, we cannot guarantee same day admission.

The time slots listed are the start options for your 60 minute adventure through the Toy Lab. The experience concludes with your private visit with Mr. Kringle. Tours are dispatched every 6 minutes.

Yes. Every guest entering the Inventionasium® needs a ticket—adults included.

That’s because this isn’t a passive show—it’s an immersive, interactive experience where everyone participates. Adults invent toys, engage with characters, and help drive the magic alongside the other dreamers. Whether you’re 5 or 55, if you’re stepping into the story, you’re part of the team.

While all days sell-out, Non-Peak Days tend to be less crowded than Peak Days.

Please arrive at LIT Immersive 25 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Check-in 15 minutes prior to your visit with a Kringle Concierge representative. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an alternative time as it is subject to availability.

Just your imagination—and a sense of wonder!

We provide everything you’ll need once inside the Lab. However, guests often bring a camera or phone to capture the magic (non-flash photography is welcome), and some like to wear festive accessories to make their visit extra special.

Yes! Personal photography is welcome and encouraged throughout the entire Kringle’s Inventionasium® Experience—including your private visit with Mr. Kringle. Guests are welcome to capture the magic for personal memories or to share on individual social media accounts. Just be mindful to keep it joyful and respectful for everyone’s experience.

When you choose a Deluxe or VIP experience, you’ll be invited to fill out a short questionnaire about your family, traditions, and holiday memories.

Mr. Kringle reviews your responses before your visit and thoughtfully weaves select details into your conversation—making the moment feel truly magical and uniquely yours. It’s a heartwarming touch that turns a special visit into an unforgettable one.

Yes! The magic, characters, and immersive experience are exactly the same—no matter the date you attend.

Non-peak days simply offer more flexibility and, often, smaller crowds. It’s the same whimsical journey through Mr. Kringle’s Inventing Lab, complete with all the hands-on fun, storytelling, and festive enchantment you’d expect—just with a bit more breathing room. If your schedule allows, a non-peak day can be the perfect time to visit.

Yes! Mr. Kringle offers curated ticket packages and special rates for schools, PTAs, youth programs, corporate outings, and other organized groups.

Yes. Mr. Kringle proudly offers a 10% military discount on tickets to Kringle’s Inventionasium® Experience.

To receive your savings code, simply email proof of service to seattle@mrkringle.com. Reservations must be made under the name of the veteran or service member as shown on their military ID.

Yes. Kringle’s Inventionasium® is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate most specialized mobility scooters.

Our goal is to make the experience magical and inclusive for all guests. If anyone in your party has specific accessibility needs or requires additional accommodations, we encourage you to reach out in advance so we can best support your visit.

The Inventionasium annually creates unforgettable memories for guests with special needs. We recommend booking your visit during a Non-Peak Day as they tend to be less crowded. We also ask that you let us know in advance of your needs, that we may properly cater the experience.

While strollers are not permitted inside the Inventionasium®, we’re happy to offer complimentary stroller check upon arrival.

For safety and flow within the experience, all strollers—and large bags or coats—must be checked with Mr. Kringle’s complimentary coat and baggage service. If you’re visiting with an infant or young child, our team will gladly assist with any special arrangements to help ensure your comfort during the experience.

Your “Ticket Confirmation Email” is your ticket.

Simply show the confirmation on your mobile device upon arrival, or feel free to bring a printed copy if you prefer. There’s no need for physical tickets—just check in with your confirmation and let the holiday magic begin!

If you do not receive the email confirmation within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, please email seattle@mrkringle.com.

Simply, email your Order Number along with your adjustments to seattle@mrkringle.com, and we’ll work our magic! Afterwards, an updated Confirmation will be resent to the email address on file.

To Redeem Vouchers:
1. Locate your voucher codes in your confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam/promotions folder and search for “Kringle” in your email.
2. Enter the 1st code exactly as it appears and click “Redeem.”
3. Click “Redeem another” and enter then next code. Continue to add each voucher code in this manner until all codes have been entered then click “Next.”
4. Select the appropriate Ticket type(s) and quantities that correspond to your voucher credits. Additional tickets may be purchased and will calculate at full value upon checkout.
5. Choose date and time you wish to attend. Then, select your add-ons and ticket insurance.
6. View your cart and Double check your order total is either $0.00 or the correct amount if you purchased full price tickets or add-ons.
7. Proceed to checkout, enter billing details and payment information.
8. Click “Pay Now.”

If you wish to visit with Mr. Kringle, you must be attending Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience.
