Mr. Kringle gives families the opportunity to have fun together in a very special way. Kringle’s Inventionasium is more than just a visit with Santa, it’s an adventure all to its own – a fully immersive interactive experience where guests take an active role inventing toys for the holiday season.
Do you offer ASL Or Spanish-Speaking Mr. Kringle Visits?

You bet your bells! Mr. Kringle offers families the opportunity for inclusive visits, where communication knows no bounds. ASL-Certified and Spanish-speaking sessions are available on select dates thoughout the 2023 holiday season. See the schedule HERE. How is STEM utilized in Kringle's Inventionasium® Experience?
Mr. Kringle has partnered with STEM.org to develop an exciting new educational holiday experience! Guests participate in the engineering design process as they venture through the laboratory, while Kringle’s inventing team assists them with the ideation and assembly of their very own toy masterpiece. Learning has never been more fun!

 

 

What is the "Invent-A-Toy Kit"?
Every child ticket includes 12 pieces to invent the perfect toy! Children pick their favorite pieces from our assortment of 30 unique shapes. After showing Mr. Kringle, all masterpieces leave with their creators. Additional kits may be purchased, $14/kit or additional pieces a la carte, $1.25/piece. To learn more about this activity, visit our Invent Page.
What happens if you do not have an Invent-A-Toy Kit?
Even though Adult Tickets do not come with an Invent-A-Toy Kit, all guests are still welcome to create their own toy and leave it in our Grand Invention Hall. If guests wish to leave with their creations, additional kits may be added online to your reservation upon checkout or purchased the day of your visit inside Kringle’s Toy Shoppe. Does my child get to take their toy home?
Of course! All Child Tickets include the cost of our 12 piece Invent-A-Toy Kit. After showing Mr. Kringle, all masterpieces leave with their creators. To learn more about this activity, visit our Invent Page.
Do I need to make a reservation or can I just show up?
We encourage all guests to make a reservation. Although reservations are not required, they are highly recommended as days sell-out. If you arrive without a reservation, we cannot guarantee same day admission.
When making a reservation, are the time slots the start of the Experience or the visit with Mr. Kringle?
The time slots listed are the start options for your 60 minute adventure through the Toy Lab. The experience concludes with your private visit with Mr. Kringle. Tours are dispatched every 6 minutes.
When making a reservation, do adults need tickets?

Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience is a holiday outing the entire family enjoys together. Adult and Child tickets are to be purchased.

When making a reservation, what days are the least crowded?
While all days sell-out, Non-Peak Days tend to be less crowded than Peak Days.
What should we wear for the Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience? Is there a dress code?
Mr. Kringle encourages guests to wear pajamas or festive outfits for the most magical and memorable of experiences.
How early should I arrive before my reservation?
Please arrive at Tower City Center 25 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Check-in 15 minutes prior to your visit with a Kringle Concierge representative. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an alternative time as it is subject to availability.
Is there anything I should bring?

Bring your camera! Photography is encouraged throughout the entire experience including inside Mr. Kringle’s office. Cut-out or print off any special offers for Kringle’s Toy Shoppe that are sent in your reminder email. Coupons must be physically present to be redeemed.

Can I take my own photos with Mr. Kringle®?
Personal photography is welcome and encouraged throughout the entire experience, including your visit with Mr. Kringle!
Intended for own personal use or for use on individual social media accounts.
What is the difference between the Classic, Deluxe and VIP Kringle’s Inventionasium® Experience?

The Classic Experience is a shared, multi-family tour through the Inventionasium®. Invent-A-Toy Kit and Digital Photography with Mr. Kringle are included with the cost of the ticket. Though you’ll be taking the tour with others, your family will still receive a private visit with Mr. Kringle at the end of the experience.

The Deluxe Experience is a shared, multi-family tour through the Inventionasium®.  Invent-A-Toy Kit, Digital Photography and Special Gift are included with the cost of the ticket. This experience also receives a private and personally customized visit with Mr. Kringle.

The VIP Experience is an exclusive tour through the Inventionasium® with just your family. Invent-A-Toy Kit, Digital Photography, Special Gift, Takeaway Treats, and VIP Lounge Access complete with Holiday Refreshments are included with the cost of the ticket. Families also receive a personalized visit with Mr. Kringle.

What is meant by a "Personalized Visit With Mr. Kringle"?

When you purchase a deluxe experience, guests fill out a questionnaire that covers a variety of topics related to their family and holiday traditions. Mr. Kringle will use his discretion and choose select information from the answers provided to sprinkle into the conversation for an unforgettable visit!

Is the Kringle’s Inventionasium® Experience the same on a Non-Peak Day?

The experience is the same any day.

Does Mr. Kringle offer special rates for field trips, PTA groups, daycares and other organizational or corporate outings?

Mr. Kringle offers several ticket options for group outings. For help planning your group visit, email elves@inventionasium.com.

Does Mr. Kringle offer a militrary discount?

Mr. Kringle offers a 10% military discount on Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience tickets. Simply, email proof of service to customerservice@mrkringle.com to receive a savings code. Reservations must be made under the name of the veteran as listed on their service ID.

Is Kringle's Inventionasium® accessible for people with disabilities?

The Inventionasium accommodates wheelchairs and specialized scooters.

Is Kringle's Inventionasium® appropriate for guests with Autism or special needs?
The Inventionasium annually creates unforgettable memories for guests with special needs. We recommend booking your visit during a Non-Peak Day as they tend to be less crowded. We also ask that you let us know in advance of your needs, that we may properly cater the experience.
Are strollers allowed?
Please prepare special arrangements for infants as all strollers must be checked. Check any/all belongings with Kringle’s complimentary coat, bag and stroller services.
Will I receive actual tickets?
Your “Ticket Confirmation Email” serves as your ticket(s) for entry. Have your email confirmation available on your mobile device upon arrival or print the confirmation and bring it with you to the Inventionasium.
I never received the “Ticket Confirmation Email,” what should I do?
If you do not receive the email confirmation within 30 minutes of completing your purchase, please email elves@inventionasium.com.
I'd like to add additional tickets to my existing reservation?
Simply, email your Order Number along with your adjustments to elves@inventionasium.com, and we’ll work our magic! Afterwards, an updated Confirmation will be resent to the email address on file.
Can I visit with Mr. Kringle without doing the Inventionasium Experience?
If you wish to visit with Mr. Kringle, you must be attending Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience or Breakfast With Mr. Kringle.

How do I use my parking voucher?
Whether you’ve purchased your Kringle Parking Voucher online with your reservation or planning on purchasing a voucher on-site the day of your visit, make sure to park in Tower’s City’s upper lot and take a ticket. If you arrive during a special event, ask attendant for a ticket. Do not pay attendant for parking. Vouchers are issued inside at Kringle’s Concierge desk upon check-in and redeemed at ticket booths located outside of Tower City.

To leave the parking lot:
1. Pull up to ticket booth
2. Insert parking ticket
3. Insert parking voucher
4. Gate will lift
5. Have wonderful day

*Kringle Parking Vouchers will not work if used at mall pay stations, please redeem at outside ticket booths only.

If I didn't purchase the All Day Parking Voucher with my reservation, can I get the voucher on-site the day of my visit?
Yes, parking vouchers are available for purchase on-site the day of your visit at Kringle’s concierge desk.

 

What if I show up at Tower City's self-park lot during an event? Do I pay the event price?
Whether you’ve purchased your Kringle Parking Voucher online with your reservation or planning on purchasing a voucher on-site the day of your visit, make sure to park in Tower’s City’s Self-Park Lot and take a ticket. If you arrive during a special event, ask attendant for a ticket. Make sure to tell him you are attending “Kringle’s Inventionasium Experience.” Do not pre-pay attendant for parking.
